Work out for progress not for weight loss! Need to remind myself how weird and embarassing it is that I'm panting after just a few flight of stairs when I used to climb mountains before. It's so hard to admit you're fat when you're sexy and you know it! Hahahahaha! But still! Health is key! Lung strength and endurance come back to me!
Slowly but surely ang labanan! Workout plans already laid out. Just need to follow through!
